Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Techable-Tech Ltd, including IT equipment collection, data wiping, refurbishment and recycling. By arranging a collection, you agree to these terms.

2. Free Collections

Collections are free of charge within our service area across London. Items must be located on the ground floor with safe, clear access for our team.

3. Ownership Transfer

Upon collection, ownership of all items transfers to Techable-Tech Ltd. Usable equipment may be refurbished and sold or redistributed into the public domain. Non‑usable items will be recycled through licensed partners.

4. Data Sanitisation & Liability

All data‑bearing devices undergo a secure wipe using recognised standards (including NIST 800‑88). A Data Wipe Certificate and asset list are issued. Techable-Tech Ltd is not responsible for any client data loss. Clients must back up any required data prior to collection.

6. Client Declaration

• They have authority to release the equipment to Techable‑Tech Ltd.
• Ownership transfers upon collection.
• All data will be securely wiped; Techable‑Tech Ltd is not responsible for resulting data loss.
• Items are free of hazardous materials or restrictions.
